Am I the right coach for you?
If you want to improve your life, then you are in the right place.
But further than that, my coaching is about our relationship. Our work together is a collaboration. You’re not here to be fixed because you’re broken, you’re here to become a better version of yourself because you owe it to yourself to live a better life.
I am here to help you evolve and transform in ways you never thought possible.
But I can only do that if you’re all in - and I only accept clients who are.
Healing doesn’t have an agenda, it’s a process that can go in many directions. I describe it as a slow moving train that bends with time. It may take a few months but this is the pay off for then living your best life for decades to come.
I will not be doing the work for you or giving you the answers, but I will help carry you as a compassionate guide.
1:1 Sessions: Healing from your past
You may be struggling with a past relationship, trauma from childhood or you’ve been feeling anxious or depressed for a while, and you don’t know how to move on or get better.
These sessions give you a chance to open up about everything you’re going through in a space of non-judgement and compassion, where together we will get you to a better place, so that you can take back control of your life and feel at peace.
Although there isn’t a strict structure, this is how the sessions tend to go:
Phase 1 - Opening up and building our relationship:
It may take a few sessions for you to feel comfortable sharing everything that is going on but the relationship we create is as important as the healing you will do
This doesn’t mean it’s not working, we just need time to allow you to be vulnerable with me before going into the next stage
Phase 2 - Healing and empowerment:
This is the bulk of the work where we get you looking at these experiences with a different perspective and, rather than resisting how you feel, beginning to accept yourself, unlocking the authentic version of you that has been trapped within
Whatever has happened does not define you and we will get you choosing to heal and move on so that you can become the best version of yourself

1:1 Sessions: Working on your future
Very much a forward-looking approach, and sometimes a continuation from the healing sessions, we delve into your deepest-self and put that transformation into motion, getting you from lost and stuck to focused and determined.
Sessions will include any or all of the following:
Outlining your problems, challenges, stressors and anything else that is creating a barrier between where you are now and where you want to be.
Stripping everything external away and diving into your fears, insecurities, triggers and anything else holding you back.
Beginning the rebuild by understanding your core values, principles and everything that makes you you so that we are working from your authentic self.
Implementing value-based changes in your life based on your visions, goals and priorities you have for yourself.
Exploring the ways in which you foster discomfort in your life and building resilience to the inevitable hardships you may face.
Identifying the long-term strategies to allow you to live authentically and put all of the work we have done into action.

We all fall way too deep into our own minds, and things get overwhelming.
We get swamped with the fact that we know we should be chasing our goals, but things don't plan out like we want them too down to failure or overwhelm, which sets ourselves back mentally.
And we want to be better and do better.
But the thought of change can seem scary—almost like we ‘can’t do it’. Which is a self-limitation we confirm in our minds due to insecurity or a lack of self-belief.
And this particular thought process can stem from failures in the past, childhood experiences, parenting…
Or ourselves. We convince ourselves we’re not good enough or that we won’t actually make it to where we want to go, causing hair-ripping stress for no real reason.
The thing is, this couldn’t be further from the truth.
By stepping back from our current situation, shifting our perspective and taking better actions, we can change our life drastically.
Actually making that big change in our mindset is what allows us to finally be in control of our lives.
Regain confidence and strength, enjoy growth and freedom.
And finally, break free from self-sabotaging patterns that have held us back for years.
You’re likely digging your own hole, setting high standards and failing to reach them, resulting in you bringing yourself down.
FAQs
How do I know which type of session I want?

What if I want to heal from my past and work on my future?
I have lots of clients who do both so this is definitely something you can do. We can start with the healing process and then link in working on your future when you’re ready.
How frequent are sessions?
I offer either them weekly or bi-weekly.
How long are sessions?
Depending on how quickly you want to work on yourself and what you’re coming to me with, they range between 50 and 90 minutes. I will determine this on our consultation call.
How much are sessions?
I don’t put my prices on here because they change based on how frequently you are seeing me (weekly or bi-weekly) and for how long (50, 60 or 90 minutes). But as I say next to the contact form, this is not a low-cost service so please bear this in mind when reaching out.
How many sessions will it take to get me to where I want?
Unfortunately I can’t give you an answer to this, it depends on how often and for how long I see you, as well as what you are wanting to work on. I have clients see me for as little as 10 weeks to 6 months or more. But remember in the grand scheme of your life and to change it for the better, this is not that long, it takes time to work on you!
How do I know if it’s working / you’re right for me?
This is for me to be aware of so if for whatever reason I feel I can’t help you or the process isn’t working I will let you know. This process does take time however some weeks you will feel lots of change and others less so. But to give you some reassurance I have never had to let a client go or a client decide to drop-off once we have started working together :)

They are at my house in SW London.
